After you pay for the order, it takes time for our supplier to confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed, a voucher will be sent to you by email or SMS. You may use the voucher to access your activity. While using the voucher, additional personal information or identity proof may be required.

Cancel Booking & Refund:

Cancel & Refund policies are different for each product. You can find it at the bottom of each product detail page. If an order is applicable for cancellation, simply click the cancel button on the order page and wait for our supplier to confirm.

No Show:

“No Show” shall mean any client who fails to arrive for a scheduled activity. For No Show cases, cancel & refund policy will not apply.
